Justin Thomas has been working as a platform stylist and educator for over 5 years. Although a short span of time, his collection of editorial work and clientele will tell you he is no stranger to formality in hair-cutting science. This challenge will actually address many habits we form that lead to complications like Carpal Tunnel and Arthritis and show us how to correct them naturally. This is extremely important to each and every one of us as our job depends on it! We also focus on time management, proper body positions, personal/public image, salon survival, grading techniques, weight removal/redistribution, what tools we should be using and where! (this is important and also falls under time management). All of these and more will be included in your lesson plan, including Justin Thomas' life saving "kick over the chair technique!"
