How do I return an item? Return Policy: Hattori Hanzo Shears reserves the right to refuse the Payment Program to any person, for any reason, and will not be required to give any reason for denying the Payment Program to any person or entity. Customer Information: Hattori Hanzo Shears will maintain any information provided by the customer to collect the amount due and communicate with Payment Plan participant. Return Policy: Hattori Hanzo Shears will charge the amount of the first payment for any returned shears purchased using the Payment Program. All returns must be post marked within 30 days of original purchase, 60 days in the case of the HH-3 model shear. After 30 days there will be no credit given for returning the shears and payments will continue until the entire amount due has been paid in full regardless if shears are lost, damaged, or stolen. Interest: There will be no interest charged during the payment program. It is the customers responsibility to let Hattori Hanzo LLC know of any change to their account. |
